Although our name includes the word Senior, this society is for

Prevent Getting Sick on an Airplane.
Get an over-the-counter nasal spray. It keeps the inside of
your nasal passages from getting dry from the recycled airplane
air and prevents germs and viruses from festering inside your

works no matter how long your trip is.
Move your legs and feet hourly
Next, Take an aspirin if you can. It prevents you from
